• 12+ years in the role of CEO, COO, Exec VP, or similar executive leadership experience
• Have substantial expertise and experience in any combination of the following:

• Sales & Marketing (B2B, Partner Channels, Distribution Channels, B2C)
• Business Operations
• Manufacturing Operations

• Proven track record leading companies in the 10M or higher EBITDA
